Before sustained fitness I struggled with weight loss for years. I would loose weight with methods that were not realistic long term and eventually gain it all back. This program has not felt like a “diet” at all and I’ve enjoyed all the food and options it’s provided. It is clearly a lifestyle program that is meant for the long term. I feel so much stronger mentally and physically and have formed much healthier habits. Bailey was so supportive and reassuring when I needed it. I would recommend this program to everyone.
